Same thing happened again, only this time I was down on Wall Street, had downloaded their coupon, and COULD NOT FIND the right garage (South William St), drove all around, wasted ½ and hour, found 3 OTHER Icon garages, all of them said they were NOT the garage on the coupon. WTF? Another woman was arguing with one of the attendants about the same thing while I was there, she had a coupon they would’nt honor saying it wasn’t the right garage. ICON — you suck. GPS took me to the location you identify on your website, but not valid for the coupon? AVOID ICON ripoffs.

My experience going here from MoMA was fine. I ended up going to the wrong location & waiting ages to get my car parked but once I got here, I did get in pretty quickly. I also got out easily enough without excessive delays or craziness. I’d go here again if I were at an event at MoMA (so I could get my parking validated & pay less money of course).

I used this garage because it was recommended by the hotel I was staying in nearby. Finding a great 24-​hour rate on Groupon sealed the deal. Dropping off the car was quick and easy. When I picked up the car, the attendant working the register seemed irritated because I had a Groupon. He gave several poor excuses about why I could not use the Groupon despite the fact that there were no date or time restrictions. I will NEVER use an icon parking garage again! There are plenty of other competitive garages that would happily except the Groupons that they choose to offer! What a disappointment!
