I used this lot as a monthly customer from February through October 2014. The price was decent for a 24 hour lot in the area, but the service was terrible, at least in the morning when it mattered most. I used my car every weekday, picked it up around the same time every morning, let the attendants know the night before when I would be picking it up, but still almost always had to wait 5 – 20 minutes for my car. I would frequently enter the lot to see a line of 3 or more frustrated people waiting for their cars while 1 or 2 attendants would be sitting in the cashier’s office doing nothing and only 1 would actually be out getting the cars. On a few occasions, there would be a few people waiting for their cars, someone else would come down after them, but the attendants would get the last person’s car first.
I finally switched to another lot when they tried raising my rate — the manager claimed it was an across the board increase for all customers, but that was a lie because I have spoken with others who use the lot and didn’t have their rates increased. I have used many other lots in the NYC area as a monthly customer or visitor, so I know there can be times when you have to wait for your car, but I have not seen such consistently bad service anywhere else. While there were a number of friendly and helpful attendants, there were enough bad ones there in the morning to make it a miserable experience for anyone who needs their car then.

I’ve been a monthly parker for a month now after leaving another garage in the area. This garage on 95^th is horrible! The attendants are very unfriendly and my car has been scratched twice already! They make me feel like I’m a bother to them and despite the fact that I pick up my car the same time 5 days a week, they’ve only has it ready (close by) three times. Every other time I’ve had to wait for it!

$ 24.84 for up to 24 hours of parking ($ 30 even after tax). no malo. pero if you want more short term parking, definitely not worth it (1 hour = $ 9.10).
i originally planned to give 4 stars for this parking garage; fast, cheap, and conveniently located. that is, until i went to pick up my car tonight. and watched the workers drive other cars within the garage.
and when i say drive, i actually mean carelessly careen. okay, that sounds a little dramatic. but in all honesty, while waiting for my car to be retrieved, i saw 2 different cars being parked by 2 different workers and i had to turn away while they did. i was that nervous that they would hit another car. i wish i were kidding.
definitely leaving mommy’s new honda at home. or parking it on the street; it might be safer there. que triste.
