I had bought Lenovo desktop just before Win 7 was to come out. The computer came with free Win 7 upgrade. However, I have still not received that upgrade after calling and emailing them several times.
Overall, Lenovo is a foreign company bought out by IBM. But their support is below what i would expect from bluechip company like IBM!
