This is the rudest HSBC branch ever! I walked into the lobby — a lady started talking to me right from her office (with tanned glass walls, so i could not see who is addressing me). Come on, at least get up, when talking to a client (not even asking for a hand shake).
Luckily the teller girl was friendly and helped with all my transactions.

This bank sucks! Had a closing & couldn’t get my money out. They do business w/​drug dealers! Incompetent employees. Everyone tells you a different story. Put your money elsewhere!

This has been my local HSBC branch for about a year, and it has been good to me. It’s small inside, usually only one or two tellers working at a time, but it works well because I have never had to wait in a long line. If it’s not empty when I go in, and it usually is, there is maybe one other person ahead of me. I feel like I’m walking into my own personal bank when this happens.
I used to go to other branches in Harlem and the Bronx where everyone seems to have their lunch hour at the same hour and there ends up being one banker for a line of 10+ people… that doesn’t happen anymore. The people here are helpful and always polite. Very clean and quiet inside as well so when I come here I can take care of my business quickly and easily.
