Julie is exactly what I was looking for in a nutritionist: positive, encouraging and into natural and alternative foods and medicine. She is well read on the latest fads: gluten free, vegan, raw, etc and breaks it all down very nicely. She is also good about finding the diet that works for you instead of prescribing one method for all her clients. What I like best is that she really cares about your health and wellness. I highly recommend her if you’re looking to revamp your eating and wellness habits!
