All around great store and experience. Products are neatly displayed in an open and unique space. Both times I stopped by, the staff were attentive and knowledgable. More importantly, they stand by their products. I purchased a set of headphones several months back, that started having issues. I stopped by the store today, told a salesperson my issue, and they replaced my headphones no problem.

An amazing experience. Gabe took me on the whole tour. I probably listened to a million dollars of equipment. What a treat. Gabe had no expectation that I would buy. Not pushy at all. Helped me find stuff in my price range and emphasized building a relationship with a potential new Harmon customer.
