I’ve had this in Shanghai, I was suprised they had it here. overpriced fruity drinks in an area where there are PLENTY of other bubble tea or drink places around and for cheaper.

Expensive for sweet drinks. Ordered lychee drink but where is the fruit, just syrup flavored and it left a plastic aftertaste! All for $ 2.50 for small size! Not my idea of a good deal! Skip it!!!

We hopped off the 7 train onto Main Street in Flushing and turned to the left to walk a little ways. We saw this great picture sign that said Japanese Cream Puffs for $ 1.25 or Bubble Tea and Cream Puff for $ 2.99. A bubble tea alone is usually $ 4.50, and I have never had Japanese Cream Puffs so we made the stop. It is a small stall within one of the many hallway with small stalls located in Chinatown. There were so many signs on the exterior of the building, I am surprised that we saw it at all. After examining the photo that I took of the storefront, I noticed that the brand of the cream puff is Sakuraya Cream Puff( ), which states that it is a closed business and not at this address. We ordered a Lemon Bubble Tea with Aloe(bits of aloe), and it was flavorful and refreshing, just as good as a tea from Saints Alp, but for much cheaper. The lid was heat sealed and easy to travel with. The cream puff was filled to order and was a refrigerated temperature. The outside was light and eggy and the inside tasted just like Crème Brulee. They were quite large and enough for a light snack and made a perfect breakfast with the lemon tea. I highly recommend this quick stop for anyone looking to try something delicious in the heart of Chinatown.
