Wonderful shabu shabu for a great price. Nothing special, just good, well-made shabu shabu with attentive service(though the restaurant was sparsely populated when I was there). Some of the best prices for decent food in Flushing. White guy friendly.

The sliced beef that came with the hotpot combo was very weird, part of them appeared vivid pink after long time boiling in the broth. They said its normal but I’ve never seen or ate such beef before. If anyone knows this kind of beef that reminds in pink color after thoroughly cooked, please proof that I’m wrong. More importantly, the service was bad, it wasn’t busy with 3 – 4 tables emptied(total 7 tables in the res) when I dined, but I had to waved my hands in the air so many times to get helped, I’ve asked for a spoon three times with different waiter/waitress, and I never get it in the end. Overall, not recommended, and I will never go there again.

Helped out a friend of mine picked up a take out of Spicy Pigs Feet, ended up with two orders. I have to say that it’s not a bad idea at all. The Spicy Pigs Feet look normal but melts its spiciness into your mouth. Nice try and will visit soon to try Hot Pot here.
