I agree a year ago they didnt answer calls and schedule appointments very well but things have changed. The doctors were always great at their jobs and are very professional.
My sons report assesed and written by Dr Brown was extremely detailed and all the information I gave was mentioned in the report. Every move I made and everything I said was written in the report. My sons school reviewed the report and admitted it was one of the best most detailed reports they have seen.
Dr Gilbert is one of those rare doctors who makes sure the patient and the patients family is taken good care of in order to get all round treatment and maximum progress for his patients.

They don’t return calls promptly and reports all look cookie cutter. We moms compared and our child’s reports looked cut n pasted. He has young, fresh out of school docs working for him, not experienced. Try child mind center.
