Good food here. Had the chicken tikka platter with really good white sauce and excellent basmati rice. You get to choose all different items for your salad. I really enjoyed the chic peas which was one of the things you can put in your salad. The chicken was was seasoned really good as well. It was one of the best halal platters I’ve had and I’ve had many. You don’t get a slice of pita bread though which would have been nice to have but it’s ok. Not a big deal. The place wasn’t the cleanest place. Also, not a big deal to me as long as the food is good.

After hearing my daughter talk highly about the place I finally visited it last week. There are new owners now. Had a decent falafel sandwich that had good green chutney.

Large portion, really cheap, fairly tasty, good for a bite that will easily turn into two meals.

I love this place. Been coming here for a while. I usually get the chicken and lamb combo for dinner. I usually pass on all the extra sides and ask for more rice. If I can’t make it to Halal Guys in the city, this is my second choice.

I went here to buy a chicken-rice to eat for after Ramadan ended for the day, and while it tasted fine, it made me sick. After I ate it, I spent the next eight-nine hours feeling as though there were a live coal in my stomach, and was unable to sleep due to the pain. I ended up vomiting twice. Three hours after that, I felt a lot better, but still quite weak. And this has nothing to do with fasting — I’ve eaten chicken-rice with lots of spice for Iftar before, and it’s never done anything. Overall, I would stay away from this place. While the prices may seem reasonable, the risk of getting food poisoning is problematic. There are plenty of places around the area which don’t result in such problems.

Excellent Halal street cart style food and prices. I had the mixed lamb and chicken over rice and salad. $ 6. Small dining counter area with around 10 seats.

Gyros are really, really good. Lots of options for toppings. I was less impressed by the falafel. There were 4 really big falafel balls in my sandwich so I was excited. The falafel was dry and bland. Go for the meat gyros and you’re good!

The side salad of the gyro plate is pickled madness. First time I’ve had it. Liked it. Guys that run it are nice too. I liked the place they replace, so it was sad to see it go… eat and let serve.

I love how there were so many options of veggies that came with my chicken over rice. i couldnt believe how hard it was for me to find chicken over rice in this halal area. i couldnt find a cart anywhere! i chose chickpeas, cucumber, tomato and salad. then i got the rice and chicken. the chicken is smothered with other veggies. a great deal for $ 6. the only problem i kind of had was this chicken wasnt flavored enough. the flavor all came from the sauces and veggies.
