DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I wish I could give it ZERO stars. I also wish I read these reviews before I called!
I clearly stated that this would be a commercial job when calling, and that they would have to leave an invoice for the company to pay it through a company account later. It would not be a pay on the spot job and this was important when calling around. He said no problem to everything. Clearly BAIT and SWITCH tactics they use. We scheduled an appointment for today at 10am.
10 am comes and goes… 11am, 12pm… finally he shows up at 1pm. Installs the two televisions in a flash. Then hands me an invoice and says I need to pay now. I reminded that it would not be paid today as I needed to scan the invoice over to our finance department and have them pay it from the company account. He began getting loud with me and said «you know, you”re a real asshole». At that point I asked him to leave. He threatened to take down all the televisions, which I gladly agreed to. As he goes back into the conference room, he continues calling me a bitch and using profanities and that hes going to call the cops. Other men in my office heard how disrespectful this man was being to me and asked him to leave.
We are a million dollar company and aren’t trying to stiff some $ 308 bill, and I clearly stated how we go about paying vendors and contractors. He just agreed to get the job and tried to threaten me into paying. I was even willing to pay out of my own pocket but was advised by upper management not to (BEFORE he got nasty, obviously).
Their website depicts men in uniforms doing jobs professionally, but in reality this is just some guy that comes from some seedy place in Brooklyn and does what a family member could probably do. Shame on me for not doing more research.
Again… AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
:UPDATE: So he stole our projector before he left our office. Then I guess felt bad or scared and returned it later, having someone else drop it off. SERIOUSLY A NIGHTMARE! I have never dealt with a worse company!!!

I cannot imagine anyone giving these audio engineers a bad review. They installed my 55″ Samsung, surround sound and other components quickly and perfectly. They even assembled the TV stand. They worked like true professionals; quietly, efficiently and anyone could tell immediately they knew exactly what they were doing. I will recommend them to my family and friends. As a bonus, their pricing was quite fair.

The guys were fast, clean and professional. They showed up on time and kept the space clean and had the tv mounted in under 30 min. I also called first thing in the morning and they were able to come the same day at 4PM.

RIP off. Don’t use them!!!

I agree with the previous posting. This company is BS. They mounted 2 TV’s for me and installed speakers for me… the items are not working properly. It seems like a very simple fix, but i do not have the ability to fix it myself. I have called and emailed Dmitri MULTIPLE times and no response. He has said numerous times that he would come and fix the issue, then he goes silent and non-​responsive.
I would not use this company, ever.
