Positive– Love Lombardis… Negative– this place shouldn’t be mentioned in the same breath much less promoted by the best pizza joint in NYC. Tiramisu=tasteless and served in pre-packaged plastic. The coffee was inferior to Starbucks. Even the sound system was JV — fading in and out on a radio station with commercials etc. Positive– The woman at the counter was very friendly-that’s the reason for 2 stars and not 1.

Great place to go before or after Lombardi’s. A tip — when you have a 45 minute wait for Lombardi’s your pager will be within range if you go here for coffee. Also, they must be owned by Lombardi’s because you can get a personal sized Lombardi’s pizza here for $ 6. Coming for the gelato after pizza is also a nice treat. The gelato was great and they had about 12 flavors. They don’t advertise it, but you can get a single scoop. Next time I’m having the chocolate dipped shell cannoli.

Went here last night after getting an after dinner coupon from Lombardi’s. Not very good. We had the tirimasu and it was mushy and lacked flavor. I would probably not go here had it not been for the coupon.

Nice and quiet place, to catch up with friends, I love the coffee that you are available to get here, and the Gelato is amazing… but the real reason I come here at least twice a week is for the chocolate chip cookies(they make it every day) they are so fresh so delicious… I JUSTLOVEGRAZIABELLA.

This café seems to have an old-school diner/Little Italy vibe, which is definitely a breath of fresh air amongst the plethora of hip, dimly lit cafes in the area. The atmosphere is well-lit and calm, great for doing solitary reading/work or catching up with friends. Their selection on drinks are more oriented towards coffees and flavored sodas, as they were lacking on tea selection(they use mighty leaf and only have about 5 to choose from). They also have Italian desserts displayed in their glass case; their chocolate dipped cannoli looked amazing! I’m not too sure if this café served food, but I do remember seeing on one of the signs that they make paninis here; I have yet to try it. I only ordered the wild berry raspberry lemonade soda and it was delicious! Love how you were able to see the layering of the diff flavors in the drink. Wish there was less ice in it though; my cup was filled with 75% ice even after finishing the drink! Besides that, I would definitely come back here if I’m in the area. I heart Grazia Bella too.
