BEWARE: Although the staff and the doctors here are GREAT, the freezers that they use to freeze the sperm, do not work properly. We had sperm frozen here, which was guaranteed to be high quality & after being frozen at this lab all of our samples were subpar. We ended up receiving credit for them, but that was after 2 IVFs, 1 IVF transfer, & 3 IUIs. After transferring to another lab & getting new samples (of the same donor), we had a successful IUI!!! To think of all the time, money, & heartache that was lost on 2 IVFs, 1 IVF transfer, & 3 IUIs is so sad. We suggest that if you use this lab, you store your samples elsewhere & deliver it here, the day of.
