I went on a private walking tour this winter with Lina at Gotham Tours. It was amazing! Lina was knowledgeable and entertaining and her facts and bits of info never got dull. I did the Gangs of New York Tour downtown and was surprised to see how little I actually knew about the city I live in. She showed us where so many crazy things happened in the past and at the end she drops you off at a yummy bakery where you can warm up to coffee and a croissant. I definitely recommend using this company if you have any guests in town or even if you want to do it with friends that live in NYC and have a few hours to spare. Well worth it!
