Every time I’m in the store it is a bad experience, first of all the prices here are more expensive, Second they sell you the wrong product and then when you try to come back and exchange the flavor they won’t do it for you unless you brought the receipt and the manager is in place, when I came back to exchange one of the brand-new products they sent me back and when I came back after business travels they told me they couldn’t do it because it was than past 30 days, but it was their fault to send me back the first time because their manager was not at the store. I will never buy here again and do not recommend buying here at all

I wish i could give a zero star to all GNC stores. I want to return something but every system is down for all the stores i went to. Apparently this problem has been weeks for the company but nobody is fixing it. So i waited 20 minutes for the system to restart. Also DONT get a membership card. They cost money and associates will lure you into getting these kind of cards in order to boost sales or anything. This whole chain is just rotten.
