I’m going to The Vitamin Store from now on. Two days ago I bought some GNC Pro Performance Resistance Bands, and one of the handles broke, so I took it back to see if they could replace it. Because I didn’t save the receipt, they offered me a $ 15 store credit if I brought the whole kit back in. That’s just $ 25 shy of what I paid for it. So yeah, I’m about to take them back and get whatever $ 15 will get me, and not a penny more. I can still do some exercises with just one handle, but I nearly got hurt once with these thing. It’s time to do some research and get some good made in America workout bands. AND go the The Vitamin Store from now on until I forget about this whole thing, and that won’t be for a long long time. They want to burn me for $ 25? That’s HUNDREDS more in The Vitamin Store’s pocket. And save the receipt from now on? Shouldn’t have to. They should sell good, safe products and this wouldn’t happen.

This GNC in Dyckman is in a great location. It is conveniently a 2 minute walk from the A train and right next to a Planet Fitness. The store is on the small side and is always clean and neat. I don’t tend to go there too often, unless I am picking up some miscellaneous items for my mother or grandmother. However, in the past when I have gone to this particular location the staff has not been the friendliest. You walk in and they’re either ignoring you or when they are tending to you they can be a bit arrogant at times, which isn’t appealing to customers.

Some of the staff are a little to cocky and arrogant. Won’t be shopping here anymore.

Good helpful staff(probably the best of any GNC I’ve been to, and I’ve been to A LOT), but no smoothie bar! Wasupwitdat?!

This is a nice, clean store. The only problem is that it’s a fairly small store and it seems like there are always 10+ people work there at the same time — when you are browsing the store, they all follow you around the store and take turns asking you if you need help and its tiring to keep saying no and feels claustrophobic.
