We contacted Glenwood management, interested in one and two bedroom availabilities in their downtown NYC properties. The logistics of our appointment were unorganized. We were told to meet at Barclay Tower, yet the agent went to Liberty Plaza. Another agent began our appointment and she was extremely friendly and helpful. The other agent essentially took over, when he arrived 20 minutes later. In the office, they showed us several floorplans. We discarded a few, based on view and space, yet on the tour, they relentlessly showed us all of the units. We toured Barclay and Liberty Plaza. The tours were thorough, but rushed. Lacking personalization, I felt like we were on an assembly line.
The agents were completely knowledgeable about the properties and neighborhood. Overall, the rental agents were friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and determined.
