I hunted all over for the perfect engagement ring and finally stumbled upon Gillian’s beautiful rings on Instagram. I love her understated style, attention to detail, and unique take on classics. Not to mention her excellent quality and wonderful customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase, including 2-​day shipping a similar style and then she even rush ordered my ring for the holidays. After searching for months for a jeweler with a thoughtful style I was so thrilled to have found Gillian to create my engagement ring! We live in SF and Gillian provided a great consultation over email. Since we were looking for a specific type of diamond we were able to purchase it ourselves and send it to Gillian to be set. It came out beautifully. I’m very grateful to her attention to detail and excellent client service.

Two words — understated lux.
I was never into fine jewelry until I saw some of Gillian’s pieces. She really has some interesting, unique jewelry that are understated but feel so so special. I bought her thorn ring last year, and Gillian helped me determine the right customization (how shiny, what metal, carat, etc). She’s easy to work with, responsive, and it helps that she has great taste when you need a second opinion.
My fiancé and I returned to pick out wedding rings a year later, and again we received the same level of service and responsiveness. She’s become my go-​to jeweler.
