Geekatoo Tech Support

We have had internet connectivity problems forever. In the past four years I’ve had four different supposed «techs» from task rabbit come –sometimes it would work for a few days and then fall over again. So I searched. Iwas going to call The Geek Squad, but after going through the reviews I found Geekatoo.
It took about a day and a half for them to line up the right tech for me, but they called to let me know they were working on it-​a pleasant surprise in itself!
They sent me Eric and within 30 minutes he had diagnosed and fixed our problems. Then he explained maintenance to me and even took a look at my TV remote. The internet in my apartment is now working better than ever!

Had a surround sound wiring issue for quite some time. Did a Google search and found Geekatoo. Filled in an online form and within hours their tech in my area Frank, was identified and within a few hours called me. He showed up on-​time, quickly identified and resolved my wiring problem within 15 minutes. He was friendly, articulate and exuded confidence. I would recommend them without hesitation. Pricing was very reasonable. There were no «extras». The company needs to do a better job of letting the world know who the are and what they do.

Geekatoo was immediately responsive and my technician Aaron was great! Communicative throughout-​from texting me pre-​arrival (and arriving on time) to explaining clearly what needed to be done and showing me the steps when I requested. There was no jerking me around with fees and the job I requested (new printer and router set up) was completed thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Geekatoo is amazing! The professional, knowledgeable representatives are superior to any similar service I have used in the past. Bruce came to the house the same day and within mere moments resolved the problems I had with my tv connection. Kudos!!!

I chose to use Geekatoo after doing a little research on the company, who has modeled themselves after Über’s business plan. They offer a good payment option and only charge if the service is completed satisfactorily. In my situation the tech had to make 2 visits to fix my problem, but it was only one charge.
The technician, Steve was very knowledgeable. I knew I had a difficult problem to fix, which he termed a nasty virus, preventing access to the internet. Unfortunately he was not able to identify the virus and remove it, so I needed a compete windows reinstall. He backed up the computer and reinstalled the operating system, which resolved my problem. I have every confidence he can handle a technically difficult computer issue.
I was concerned about having an unknown technician come to the house to work on my computer, but Steve allayed my concerns. He was extremely professional and talked to me as he was trying to decipher my problem. He called me within 1 hour of putting in my request for a technician and kept in touch with me to let me know when he would arrive. I would highly recommend him.

I randomly chose Geekatoo from a Google search for help mounting my TV above the fireplace, and I’m really glad I did! I was initially drawn to the business because of its creative name but soon found they’re a really well-​run, user-​friendly company that uses technicians local to you to get the job done — whatever it is.
Rick came today right on time and did an amazing job mounting our TV and hiding the wires. He even made a trip to Home Depot to get something I needed. The TV looks better than I thought possible! He was so friendly and professional and great.
I will definitely be using Geekatoo for all my future needs. They have a great notification system that sends you emails when your tech is on his way, and payment was super easy and clear.

I used this company to fix a computer issue, so I decided to utilize them to mount my flat screen TV. The geek was very courteous and professional — and did a great job mounting the TV and concealing the wires in the wall. I would definitely use them again.

What can I say but only good things about this company. They are prompt, friendly and knowledgeable but also very affordable. Hope not to use them since I don’t want to have any computer issues again, but if I do, I will ONLY call Geekatoo. They are great!

The fix of my laptop, which was done remotely, took several hours. When it was done, I wanted to reach out and hug the technician. He checked the programs I was having problems with and asked if there was anything else he could help me with. This was customer service to the utmost. Well worth the money — Less the $ 100. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE!

And used them again to set up my new PC. Just as happy as the first time. My geek was so knowledgeable and experienced, made great recommendations for me too. Big thumbs up!
