DONOT use this place. I got ripped off on three appointments. Also the trainer guy tried to hit on my girlfriend. Totally unprofessional. I should have gone to Crossfit or anything other than this.

I trained with a trainer at GMD Fitness 2 – 3 times a week for three months and was very happy with the results. I lost 12 pounds and achieved impressive muscle definitions. My workouts were a combination of weights, resistance, and TRX training, mixed in with cardio. The trainer personalized my workouts based on my weight loss goals and helped me achieve the fitness level that I didn’t think I was capable of. Prices are very reasonable(when you buy a package) and the trainer works around your schedule. I recommend GDM Fitness to anyone who is looking to get fit without breaking a wallet.

GDM Fitness designs workouts to help you achieve your fitness goals. The level of personal training is as intense as you want based on your needs — the trainers help you to want to achieve your goals and know how to coax you to the next level. I have been with them for 8 months and have seen tremendous results. I was working out with a trainer before this twice a week — I did see results but I needed something more. I work out with GDM Fitness 3 times a week and since beginning with them I have lost several inches. My body is more suplted and really beginning to get defined. I was a size 6 and now I am a size 2. I have signed up with them for the rest of the year and intend to keep working with this group — my workouts are fun and something I look forward to at 6:30 in the morning! I definitely recommend their services
