While all Gamestops are known for their incredibly slow and lackadaisical customer service, the slow-witted staff at this location are notably dim. I called and discussed trading in my PS3 for a new system as part of their well-advertised promotion, only to arrive and have neither of the two mouth-breathers on staff have any idea about the promotion and ultimately send me away. I took my system to the one in USQ and was in and out in minutes with the trade-in I’d expected. I’ll take subways to avoid this location.

It’s a Game shop! The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Never had an issue.

Worst customer service at a GameStop I’ve ever been too. We waited in line for 20 minute behind the same 4 people while the 2 cashiers helped the same customer. It was fairly infuriating. The line did eventually start moving again but it proceeded to take nearly 10 minutes a customer and come on that’s insane. I did this job before so I know it should not take this long. I hate to rate anyone poorly but this was HORRIBLE!!!

I was so happy when Gamestop opened this location sometime at the end of 2009; and aside from best buy, this is really the only video game retailer in the neighborhood. Like any other Gamestop, it has the advantage of lower prices on used games, and the annual membership($ 15) for further discounts on used games, higher selling value, and a free subscription to Game Informer magazine. The thing I appreciate about this store, as opposed to some of the other locations is its size. The size of this store seems to offer a wider variety in merchandise — particularly when it comes to used games.
