Gamestop

I went to take the buy 2 get one free preowned items deal. We went up to the register with 6 games and they only had 2 of them available. 2 out of 6. We had to wait at the register and hold up the line while looking for 4 more games to replace them. After that, I went to buy a game and went home just to find out that they didn’t give me the game, but instead they gave me the little game package that they leave on the wall, which was 100% empty. I decided to call to see if I could switch it before putting in the time to go to the store, but nobody even picked up the phone. I ended up having to resolve the problem caused at this gamestop at a different location. Waste of my time.

I have been going to Gamestop for many years and I’m a Power Up Rewards member. I went to this location a couple of times over the last 4 days and had a great experience every time even when it was extremely busy. I went in today to take advantage of the buy 2 get one free preowned items. I walked in at 7:45pm and was very happy to see there were still open. I wanted to buy 2 Xbox One and 1 PS4 and again was happy to see they were available. Everyone there, including the manager, helped me and they were all very informative and professional. I see that there are many negative comments for this location but I think it’s because many people, like myself, use the
to post there positive reviews. I have always had a positive experience at this location but have never thought to post it using Unilocal.Today I will leave positive reviews on both Unilocal &

I recommend that everyone in the area and beyond go to this location for the people who work there and also that there is a huge parking lot you can use instead of looking for parking like some other GameStop locations.

Worst GameStop I’ve ever been to. Can’t even return a BROKEN item that I bought BROKEN!

Decent game selection, staff are always nice!

All GameStop’s should be renamed «Used Sh!+ Stop» cause they love labeling things as «NEW» even when they’re not factory sealed. That’s immoral, unethical, and a flat-​out opposite of the definition of the word «new.»
*This is a critism of ALL GameStop’s not just this location. And their business model, I don’t mind that they make a profit on the reselling of games. But, specifically the labeling of «NEW» for products that clearly aren’t.
