Galeria Art and Framing is wonderful! They really helped me out of a bind. I had just picked up some art as an executive gift for a benefit later that night. Unfortunately, only two out of three prints were already framed and I had less than two hours before I had to gift them. In desperation, I went to the closest framing shop to my work. Luckily, Victor was there and able to help out. The shop did not have the exact frame as the others immediately available, but Victor convinced me to stay and offered to reframe all three with a very similar frame in under an hour and for an extremely fair price(Victor practically wrote off the cost of reframing the other two). When I came back in an hour, all the pictures were ready and the new frames looked even better than the old ones! Victor was extremely helpful and very personable and he has definitely earned a new client. P. S. I though the shop would like to know that the recipient loved his gifts and sent me a personal note of thanks for my good taste, and that definitely includes the frames!

I had a very bad experience at Galeria Art & Framing. Victor Vertugo, who seems to be the owner or manager, exudes charm that is nearly thick enough to cut with a knife, but he is not good for his word. He twice advised me that it was unnecessary to call to confirm delivery dates since«the item will absolutely be ready.» The item was not ready until a month after its promised delivery date. It is important to inspect Galeria’s work. I was offered a defective version of what I ordered. Mr. Vertugo’s warm demeanor evaporated when I refused to accept defective goods. Beware of this man of many moods. His promises were little more than empty gestures, and his willingness to wrap and attempt to pass off a defective item surprised and disappointed me. Deadlines for delivery are hypothetical at best, and inspect goods to make sure you receive what you ordered. Not recommended.
