First time eating lunch from here and it was very tasty. I called ahead to place an order for a chicken wrap. A 5 min walk to to location and my lunch was ready. No waiting& no credit card minimums . There’s a lot of healthy option on their menu for everyone and the prices are not ridiculous. I will return to try their shakes and salads.

This place is great for large, healthy & fast options. I ordered delivery and received my food in less than 25 mins. These meals are perfect for post workout dinners when you are too tired or late to cook. For a great meal & juice/protein shake it will set you back $ 18 — $ 20. Best delivered meal I have ever received. I had: — Fuel Crossfit(Grilled Chicken, Sweet potato, Asparagus & Beans) — Hangover Killer Juice(Apple, Lemon, Carrot, Beets & Ginger)

Their food is good. Pricey, but good. The brownies are really good for«no added sugar.» Almost too good. Me: What’s in the brownie? Fuel Guy: Uh, egg whites, wheat flour, brownie mix, and protein flour. Me: What’s it sweetened with? Fuel Guy: No sugar. It’s sweetened with whatever’s in the brownie mix. Me: What’s in the brownie mix? Fuel guy:(getting shifty eyed) Uh, brownie flour and the protein flour. Me: …Okay. So is it sweetened with fake sugar… or what? Fuel guy:(desperately avoiding eye contact and getting agitated) Yeah I don’t know, it’s like the brownie sugar or something. Whatever they put in it. Me: lol ok chill and just give me the chicken plate. Bottom line: if you’re going to market yourself as a healthy food spot, expect health-conscious customers to inquire about what’s in the food and have the answers ready. To say your muffins and brownies have«no added sugar» or whatever is deceptive and pretty much false advertising. Disclose your ingredients!

They advertise and sell vouchers through , But the clueless girl behind the counter said«We don’t accept them». We walked out. If you’re not going to honor your programs, don’t be in them. It’s like false advertising.

DISGUSTING. I ordered a falafel wrap and not only was it not even round falafel balls but, these weird strips, it was inedible. I had to throw it out, it was disgusting!!!

The menu has changed recently for the worse. For the last two years I’ve been ordering a turkey burger, which always came prepared very simply, with lettuce, tomato, in a pita, and was around $ 7. Recently if I order a turkey burger, it’s on a bun, slathered in mayo, comes with fries, and is $ 4 more. It’s not healthy and is very disappointing. I as told I can ask for it without fries but it will be the same price. I won’t be returning until the menu changes back and when I order a turkey burger, I actually know what I am getting.

Go to spot, wraps/plates are good, juices are decent but don’t take the time to actually juice a lot of the vegetables and substitutes that with more fruit. Service is not good but since it is so convenient I will be back!

One of the few places I know with a section for Paleo diets! This is particularly significant because I had looked into the health benefits a similar diet this past summer. The smoothie tasted natural but man oh man were the sweet potato fries delicious! I hope it will be just as good at the other locations too.

Their food is good but the service is terrible. Me and my co-workers used to order from them, USED to since their staff(HECTOR) didn’t want to fix his own mistake and instead he said«I’m not making u a new salad, I’m returning your $» — extremely unprofessional. But oh well instead I went ahead and ordered from«NATUREWORKS» their food is delish and staff is amazing. So people order from«NATUREWORKS» or «FRESH&CO» they will never disappoint you. :)

It’s rare to find a spot that is health, yummy, and not too expensive. Since I was on a strict healthy diet all summer, this was the only lunch spot I would go to if I didn’t bring my own food to work. I recommend their piña colada smoothie, vegetable wrap, salmon wrap, and egg omelettes(cheese, onion, broccoli). Call in and order ahead of time because everything is made fresh(approx 10 min wait). The guy at the counter is friendly and efficient too!

Don’t order delivery from here. It takes minimum 90 minutes and sometimes, like tonight, it never comes and you can’t get anyone at Fuel to pick up the phone to explain why :-(

This place is legit! Fast service and great food/juice. Thank you for not making me wait 60 minutes for a smoothie.

So this is not the right location but i will give credit to fuel for their breakfast shake. Its really filling and delicious and it has protein in it. I give them 4 stars because their expensive and the hours aren’t consistent, their never open in the mornings at the East 45th location and i cant say i can always head back out from the office to pick up a breakfast shake once I’m in.

Got a so-and-so smoothie for $ 7.72 If you like overpriced, mediocre food this might be your place.

The fuel chain is an amazing group of health food spots. For me, clean eating is must but at times it is difficult to do when you go out to eat often. They have a variety of options from low carb choices(my personal favorite is the super protein plate which is chicken and bison over veggies), personal pizza to your taste, variety of burgers(bison, elk, turkey, beef), and a whole lot more. They also offer protein muffins and protein brownies which are outstanding and relatively healthy. They also have smoothies(with and without protein), and health shakes. They offer wheat grass shots. And the best part is the price! This place is super super cheap. The super protein plate is around $ 12, a muffin/brownie is $ 3.50! This place is another go to spot for me especially after a nice long workout and it doesn’t break the bank. Not all fuels are under the same management so that does make somewhat of a difference in terms of ingredients. The one of third and 28th and lex and 45th are under the same management. Also this owner has shops in bay ridge and lower Manhattan. Just ask to see what shops he owns. I recommend his over all others. Very clean ingredients and great management.

Great selection of smoothies, salads, wraps & healthy eats. I ordered the cold buster. It was good. Though I didn’t specify I wanted in with ice as a smoothie and they made it as a juice. When I asked them, they weren’t to nice about having to remake it. But they did. The smoothie wasn’t that great that’s probably because I’m drinking celery beets and cucumbers. Gross.

Fuel is my savior. My boyfriend and I love this place and we visited everyday for a while because we both lift and need to get in the protein. It seems like a lot of the negative reviews here are due to poor delivery but we mostly come in to order food(the one time I ordered online it came in 20 minutes). We love the Pancake Heaven — it’s made with whey protein and topped with a banana and lots of strawberries which they always plate quite nicely. The syrup is sugar– free. Not the healthiest thing to get but it is a great option if you’re craving pancakes and your macros don’t allow you to have 1500 calories worth of it at IHOP. The wraps are all amazing. Faves are the Chicken BLT, Chicken Parm, and Chicken&Spinach. They also have an amazing pizza that’s made with low fat everything and baked on a flax crust. And then the Chicken Chipotle Quesadilla is to DIE for. Oh my god. They don’t skimp out on the meat at all and a lot of stuff is customizable to your liking. I really wish they had nutritional info, but that’s my only complaint. That and the smoothies are expensive, but they’re expensive everywhere. Fuel isn’t the healthiest restaurant but if you want HEALTHIER alternatives to your favorite foods then this is the place. The menu is super extensive and everything I’ve tried is delicious. The service is good — it’s not wait staffed but you order at the register and they bring it out to you. I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes for my order. I wish this place had higher reviews because it definitely deserves it!

I have had two meals here so far and plan to have many more if my experience remains as positive as the past two. It’s extremely hard to find a place that serves as much healthy food as this place, unless you cook it yourself. The first meal I had was for breakfast. I had the western egg white omelette, and it was delicious, and pretty big as well. The second meal was for lunch. I got the tilapia with brown rice and sweet potatoes, which was awesome. The workers here were extremely nice as well. I will def be coming here a lot more often. The only downside was that it didn’t seem like a comfortable/clean environment to stay at, which is why I took my food to go. It is very small and if there are a lot of people there you are sitting at a table where the line is no matter what. I know that this one is an Express Fuel, which isn’t the same as the others in the city, so I will give them that. All in all, it was a positive experience and I would recommend this place if you are looking to eat healthy meals for not such an outrageous price.

I usually get the protein shake. Which I enjoy. They cost around $ 8-$ 9 and the sizes are so big unlike other places that charge so much for such a small size. There honestly a meal replacement. Today I finally tried there food, I got a chicken BLT wrap and it was delicious. The size portion of the wrap was big and the flavor was good too! Definitely recommend… can’t wait to try more stuff now ! Also the people who work there have also been nice to me.

Décor: 4⁄5 –complimentary hand sanitizer near the register –almost 90 items to choose from –about 4 tables with seating for about 16 Service: 4⁄5 –food is made to order so I waited about 7 – 8 minutes for a Chicken Chipotle Quesadilla Food: 4.5÷5 –I ordered #86 Chicken Chipotle Quesadilla($ 8.5) which takes about 8 minutes for preparation and comes with a small side of fresh guac and sour cream –this thing will stuff you. Generous portions of chicken, peppers, cheese, corn and onions make it a bit messy to eat but you get your money’s worth for sure -#1 Muscle wrap comes six egg whites, grilled chicken with sautéed spinach for $ 8. It is a bit on the bland side but filling. –The best bang for the buck is actually the plain egg white sandwich(6 egg whites) for $ 4. –Healthy fruit shake is your choice of two fruits and a base. I picked pineapple and peach with soy base. Small is $ 5 and tastes slightly watered down. Not worth it.
