Forever 21

Walked into forever 21. got a pile of clothes and walked to the register. the lady said she wasn’t working at the register at that time. I asked if there was anyone with a cash register who can ring me up. She said no (lying). I asked for the manager. The lady that said she doesn’t have a register pointed to the lady who was running around through the store. I asked. when was another cashier gonna be available and she said when the line gets long. Mind u there were 5 people on the line already. She was very rude to me and said that she didn’t care. She was a black tall grown girl with beady eyes and mushroom hairstyle. She was too busy to help but didn’t need to be so disrespectful. So the redhead lady offered to take over the register. She said okay. I felt so played. I had to go to work and was rushing. How do you tell a PAYING customer that you don’t care if I leave or go. So the next cashier took her sweet time to get the register set up. And then had the nerve to try and offer me a buy one get one free deal on a coat. OH HELLLL NOOO. I don’t need any extra help now. Where were u when I was waiting on line ??? So I just wanted to leave at that point. Wanted to run out of there. Everybody is the Bronx is RACHET. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Go to Scarsdale or White Plains for any of your goods.

I walked in with my bff she needed a shirt and shoes for an event we were attending. So as soon as I walked in my eyes went straight to the first table and they had sexy lace shirts. We grabbed that and earrings and made a run for it. Too crowded, too cluttered, to flea marketish for my liking. I like to see my clothing on a rack. And I’m no H&M and Forever 21 fashionista. I’m not one of those people that can walk in those stores and see potential in everything. They need to keep the store clutter free and maybe some people can see the needle in a hay stack. 3 stars cause we found her a shirt and us earrings without anyone’s assistance.
Please have your sales people walk through doing figure 8ths helping customers and refilling the racks.

I’m unsure if it was due to the day of the week or the time of day; the fact that they weren’t busy, but the employee that helped me find my item went above and beyond her duty. The item I wanted was still in their shipment and not unpacked yet but she was still so accommodating. She took the time to address my needs, checked for the item on their computer system and even checked in the back for me. I’ve never had an employee at XXI go that length before. I was surprisingly please. Kudos
