Foot Locker

The two stars are for being the only Foot Locker to have the size and style my nephew wanted. The service left a lot to be desired:
1. Short and rude by phone
2. Door locked 5+ minutes before the actual closing time
3. Salespeople yelling across the store
4. Debating whether to accept another customers valid coupon even though he had just spent over $ 250.
5. Not being certain if they still had the shoe I ordered online at 6:45am, for which they sent me an order confirmation and an email to pick up because they were ready — they didn’t know if they had the size in stock.
6. It was close to closing time, so I can understand the young woman sweeping dust on me as I walked out.
This may seem like a lot, but it is Foot Locker and customer service is not their forte. If you are searching for a certain shoe, you may find it here but DO NOT expect anything coming close to decent customer service.

This is a small store but they do have both clothing and shoes for men and women, though a bigger selection for women. The prices are pretty good too.
