Shula is simply amazing. I have worked with her on two occasions now, one professionally and one personally. On both events, she pulled through with flying colors and beautiful florals. On this most recent event, for a birthday party, we picked out the flowers together at the store and talked about my vision for the centerpieces. She is always super accommodating with my budget. Her team is always professional and on time with their deliveries. Her work is unparalleled with other florists in the city and she gets you the most for your money. You may have to remind her of what you’ve discussed, but have NO doubt, she will come through. She will give you something incredible. If you need flowers for a special event or work, use FSA.

This place is absolutely amazing. A few years back my wife left me and in an attempt to get her back I ordered flowers. She didn’t come back but nevertheless the bouquet was marvelous and I’ve been using their services ever since.

Once you meet the owner, you’ll realize why you should stay away from this shop.

Awesome service. The quality of these flowers are amazing! They lasted for over 2 weeks with the care information the store owner gave me. Being able to go in and pick the flowers I want to make a custom bouquet was great. They wrapped and bowed them for me so I could take it to my boyfriend. He was more than pleased.

The owners of Flowers by Special Arrangements were some of the most genuine florists I have met thus far. They were nothing but kind, organized, and helpful in every respect. Their flower arrangements were astonishingly beautiful and they seem to maintain their shop with the utmost care. I will definitely be using them for every occasion in the future.

Four days before my wife’s birthday, I stopped in and personally ordered flowers to be delivered to her work. At 6PM on the day of the birthday, nothing had been delivered. I called the flower shop and, in a nonchalant voice, the owner described that they hadn’t even started making the arrangement! I said asked why they didn’t call me in the day if they knew there was a problem. No answer. I asked why they thought they could deliver the flowers in the evening to a work address where no one would be there to accept delivery. No answer. He provided the least sincere apology I have ever heard from a person. They eventually delivered flower to our home but that’s after I had to apologize to my wife for the shop’s oversight. They do beautiful work but are completely and utterly undependable. Buyer beware!

Customer service: Rude, Condescending, Vague, and Unhelpful.
Flowers: Overpriced for mediocre arrangements.
I was in need of a flower arrangement for a memorial service. The church recommended that I use Flowers by Special Arrangement. While the flowers were fairly nice (1−800flowers nice), I was very disappointed by the customer service.
I asked them what type of arrangement they had for funerals. They said «anything you want. I can make you a big centerpiece for $ 210.» I said «what can I get for $ 50?» They condescendingly replied that I can’t get anything for $ 50. I continued to pull teeth in an attempt to find out what I could get. When I ended the conversation, all I knew was I was spending $ 75 on something — no idea what that was. He took my credit card number and ended the call. Today when I checked by bank account it appeared they charged me $ 93. I called them to find out why and they replied «delivery fee and tax.» I said, «no one informed of a delivery fee or tax.» The response was what I assumed they would say, «well we always charge delivery fee and tax.»
Needless to say I will not be using Flowers by Special Arrangement again.

Flowers by special arrangement did our wedding centerpieces, rented trees, boutineers, corsages & orchid bouquets. We had at least 4 different conversations about what they could do for us and at reasonable pricing. It took a bit of plying but the end result is spectacular. Everyone at the wedding was blown away at how elegant, fresh & beautiful the arrangements were. I am as well! Beautiful work but not the easiest of florists to work with. If you have patience, flowers by special arrangement can be worth the while!

I had Flowers by Special Arrangement do the flowers for my wedding in July at Terrace in the Sky. The arrangements were gorgeous. We didn’t request to see before hand what the flowers would look like exactly, so I didn’t know exactly what to expect, especially since we had a relatively low budget for flowers. All of the arrangements were beautiful, way beyond my expectations. Shula worked with our strict budgetary needs and managed to still provide us with flower arrangements that were unique and beautiful. We got lots of compliments on the flowers and even my grandmother who is a flower connoisseur loved them. But most importantly, I loved them.
