They’ve been having Final clearance! Everything must go! For over a decade!!! I think they even had a Going out of Business sign at some point.

I own several handbags from Flora and absolutely love them. They are made of high quality leather and I always receive compliments on them. With the colors, stitching and quality of leather, they are hard to beat. Definitely nowhere close to a street vendor purchase!

This is a pretty-​straightforward knock-​off store using a «90% off» hook to sell cheap things quickly, with the false incentive that you are getting something otherwise expensive for cheap.
Buyer Beware: They do not exchange or refund goods. We bought a suitcase for $ 50 and before we hadn’t even left the store asked if we could exchange it for another in better condition that was hidden away. We were told no.
So the review above about «refunding all unhappy purchases» is untrue. Because I tried to return an unhappy purchase before I had even left the store and was refused.

I had a totally different experiece than the guy below By the way, flora louis refunds all unhappy purchases so you’re clearly not telling the truth mr. Unhappy customer. I recently purchased a nice clutch for my girlfriend, she loved it! I would definitly shop here again. The qualit is great and the styles are very, very fashionable. Not to mention the stores interior design is immaculate. Overall very satisfied customer!
Every store has customers who are happy and unhappy. I am a customer of many years and my entire family shops here and we could not be happier with our purchases. !! Great deals great quality!
