The most thorough boot camp class out there! Add in a lot of positive encouragement from both Terri and her team and the other bootcampers and you have a really fun experience that will get you into shape. Terri provides dietary suggestions(and fine-tunes them over the course of the time you’re there) and gives you«homework» so that you are always able to work out with very minimal investment in equipment. The A.R.T. method is designed to build core skills… a ton of planks, balancing and lunges in addition to some very unique resistance training! And, it’s always different so your body doesn’t «get used to» what you’re doing. It gets progressively more challenging as you go along. I can’t thank her enough because after a year and a half doing this class I’ve lost 18 lbs and a ton of body fat and gained a whole lot of compliments on my new shape. The only thing to note is that while this is called bootcamp it is not a military-style class where there is a drill sergeant that yells at you. Though Terri has been known to shout some pretty funny things to get your butt moving.
