They continually store food that needs to be refrigerated outside of the refrigerated areas in displays or boxes. I first observed this with Blue Bonnet butter tubs and physically brought management to the section and showed how the butter in the display was softer then the butter in the refrigerated case, two weeks later the display still stood, the same is being done to eggs as well as some Bacon in the meat section. I have continually advised management that to handle and store food like this is unsafe and they continually keep the displays stocked. My next step is a complaint to Dept Of Consumer Affairs. They also have a habit of flexible pricing at the register, you have to know all the prices for your product before you get there as if its less they won’t alter it unless told. And if its more they won’t honor the price on the packaging.

This store is great in a pinch but not to do all your shopping. I come here mainly for fruits and veggies that I am going to juice right away. A lot of the produce goes bad if not used within a few days. As for the prices they are not the best in the area. It’s either hit or miss. I’ve gotten tea at more than half off other stores but have also seen coconut water priced double than whole foods. They usually have signs up that are a provision to the flyer. For example I saw one that said something was $ 1.99 in the flyer but was a typo and should be $ 3.99. I think if you printed it wrong you should honor it. Also the service is deplorable. The kids who work here do nothing but gossip and the lines usually run pretty slow.
