FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Complete lack of customer service — 6 employees standing around and no one trying to be helpful.
Someone shipped us 2 huge boxes for a conference, and we saw a FedEx guy bring the boxes in on a rolling cart, so my colleague and I, two small girls, asked if we could borrow the rolling cart to bring the heavy boxes 2 floors down, from the 8^th floor to the 6^th, and they said no, there are 6 of them, and no one tried to be helpful at all. Can’t borrow their cart, no help from them on moving the boxes 2 floors. Don’t know why there are so many of them there, all unhelpful people.

I use other FedEx spots for work, but this is the one where i usually get in and out of quicker. And i think its just basically better managed than ever spots. So, no doubt about its always nice to have to make a run to this FedEx. Be it ship stuff, or get extra boxes for our stores supplies.

My image was «too big» to print and I asked for help. That was unsuccessful. Said I didn’t want to get on a computer to print myself and he threw a fit about it and would even put in the email for my phone. So frustrating. The «experts» are far from.

Open ²⁴⁄₇. People who work here are helpful and friendly. Using their printers on that little screen will always be slow goings and annoying, but you pay for not having a printer at home and just moving into the city lol Seems like a good place to print very large prints and whatever their other services are though.

Awesome place! Super helpful staff. Saul helped me right away and was very patient with me since I was shipping a large package for the first time.

We popped in to ship some things back home and also to utilize a scanner.
PACK & SHIP:
The male associate who helped us pack our box was so friendly and down to earth. Unfortunately the price to ship our little bundle of Joy came out to $ 89 because they offer only two shipping options to Hawaii — next day and 2^nd day (the one we chose.) Oh well, we’re used to getting screwed for shipping.
COMPUTERS & SCANNER:
They have 5 computers for use and an empty station for laptops. Only 1 station has a scanner which was occupied, so we waited a short while. Once you stick in your card for payment, a small box appears letting you know of your duration and dollar amount. We needed to scan some documents and email them. The directions that are displayed are totally wrong. Don’t follow them like we did and wasted some time & money. Instead, we went straight into the scanner’s folder and got it to work from there. Our total came out to just under $ 6 for around 10 minutes of use.
OVERALL:
Great service, convenient location to Times Square, and outrageous shipping pricing to Hawaii.

This is hand down one of the worst Fedex/​Kinkos locations ever! I use FedEx every single day. I needed pictures printed, poster size 11×17 they told me they can’t do it same day. They told me they have to change the file size of the pictures. So to make it easier I went to my office and changed the pictures upon request to their specification. I came back and they told me that they have still have to submit it as an order and I will have to come back the next day. I asked if I can print it myself in the self service center, they said I can. I come up to the kiosk and I insert my SD card, I have several folders it only opens one folder and I have no option to select others. I ask the employee there if they can please let me use a computer to delete my other files so I can only keep the two pictures I needed. They said no I can’t do it, I’m not allowed permission. FINE, I left went back to my office came back 20 minutes later. I now start to print. My first photo came out partially cut off. (of course the machine has an error) When I go to print the second picture, they run out of standard 8×11 printing paper. ARE YOU SERIOUS? You have printing company and run out of supplies? I was so furious. I just walked out.

Yes, it’s «open 24 hours.» It’s even in my office building! Despite these helpful factors, this is indeed the worst FedEx shop in existence. There are several staffers, but none of them actually seem to work. Meanwhile, the line gets longer and longer… when they finally do get around to packing a box for you, you find that the filler — the brown paper FILLER! — cost you more than the actual box. My fault, obviously, for not packing it myself — and for not going to the post office. FedEx, never again.

This location is super fast, super good and super available (they are open 24×7)
End up going there atleast couple times a week and its always a breezy experience.
Most of the staff is super friendly except one. cant seem to remember her name.

QUIET & CLEAN
This FedEx is an ideal location for a fast print or copy job, and it’s accessible by lots of subway lines.

Its more of a ship center than anything. The place is pretty small with ONE copier and 2 computers. When asked for help on the computers no one knew what to do. The place does its job but don’t expect much help otherwise unless you’re sending packages.

Alright, this place is HUGE!!!
Came in at 8 PM for a quick paper confirmation print out.
I mean, i know every little thing cost money, but To pay internet that runs like 56k (remember ol school days when you use a phone line… yes it was that SLOW!). that means, to log in my email account and print out a paper did take me 10 minutes instead of 2 minutes.
Printing out was QUICKER than switching screens on my monitor. Printing one page was nearly $ 1.00 for the first page, then extra $ 0 20 for the extra page.
That said… For that, i paid $ 3.00 just to print out my confirmation for a show.
I don’t know how other services run, but better be good because is right in the MIDDLE of TIMES SQUARE plus Rockefeller center.

Friendly, professional, and well run.

Sometimes they’re helpful. The staff here is much better than some other Kinko locations. On a good day, they do their job. On a bad day, you will be agitated.

Solid FedEx Office Print & Ship Center.
The lower level computer stations are CLEAN and do not have any «elements».
If you are near the Rock and need to print out a last minute paper this is a good place to go.
The two levels make for a decent usage of space. Secondly, if the weather is less than desirable you do not even have to walk outside from the Rockefeller Subway Station. Use the underground passageway entrance near the Wendy’s and you will be all good.
Décor it is simple and useful. The walls are not filled with your typical FedEx Office advertisements.

The people here are very courteous & helpful. They were quick to answer questions. You can’t go wrong with this place.
