I couldn’t agree more with the two previous posts. My husband and I lived in the building for three years and as much as we like the building and the apartments were nice, the maintenance service and back office employees were awful. They always made excuses not to help in any way and we always had to be chasing everyone to get stuff repaired in our apartment. For one entire year, the balconies were locked in our side of the building because the property management company would not spend a dime in maintaining the building and they only decided to carry our repair work when they were threatened with a lawsuit. We had a much better experience in our next place and without a big difference in monthly rent. Go figure.
