Had a truly wonderful experience with Runchana. Purchased a 3-​pack, on a deal, for ultrasound cavitation treatments. I used them in preparation for a trip to the Bahamas. Over the course of one week I lost 3 inches on my hips! Seriously, one week. Need to find a way to include Runchana in my monthly budget!

I knew I would be in good hands with Runchana from the moment I rang the buzzer and heard her voice. You can tell she really cares about her clients and personalizes every experience.
Before the facial, we spoke about the products I use and she evaluated my skin in a non-​judgy way (which is always appreciated). I purchased a Deep Pore Cleansing Facial through Gilt so you never know what to expect, but I felt very relaxed and pampered the entire time. Her facials are the best of both worlds in the sense that they are relaxing but definitely down to business. Extractions are never the most fun but they are much needed and Runchana made me super comfortable. After the full 75 minutes, Runchana handed me a mirror and recommended some supplements/​product in the least pushy way possible. A week later and my face feels much smoother with no scarring in sight. Such a great experience and I will definitely be back!

The facial was excellent, the atmosphere of the space was beautiful and Runchana was very nice and accommodating.
Just one word of advice that applies only to Gilt customers: the facial you’re buying is supposed to be 75min (check her website for treatment time for the deep cleansing facial that costs $ 110) but my actual treatment time was 45min. So, it’s not really «discounted». She reminds you at check out that tip is not included and the voucher suggests that you tip on the total value of $ 110 which is the full price of the 75 min facial, not the 45 min facial I received. So, it’s not really a «deal» after all.

This review is way overdue and I almost don’t want to write one because the cat will be out of the bag! Runchana is awesome at what she does and on top of that, she is sweet, funny and super pleasant to be around. More on this later.
Let me first tell y’-all that hormonal acne in your 20s is THE WORST. Runchana came to the rescue in Feb 2015 when I first met her through a Gilt City deal I had bought. I completely took a chance with Gilt City and stumbled upon a gem. Since I started seeing Runchana consistently, I’ve seen major improvements in my skin. I even look forward to extractions because I trust that Runchana will thoroughly clean out my pores without bruising me like some other places. That’s how good she is. Besides facials, I’ve also received (face and body) peels from Runchana and as gross it may sound, it’s awesome to see how much old skin cells peel off (aka it means the peels work!) and there isn’t much down time needed. I also love the products that Runchana uses on me (Rhonda Allison, PCA and Cinq Mondes), they smell great and are very effective. Lastly, in terms of pricing, I think they’re fair given it’s Manhattan, the high quality products used, and Runchana’s skills. She also doesn’t push products/​services for you to buy and even tells you to finish products that you currently own and not waste money. Not kidding!
Now that I’ve shared all this, please don’t make it difficult for me to schedule my visits with Runchana :) I always look forward to my appointments because it’s like visiting a good friend. Plus, the space is spacious, clean and inviting with its modern décor. I’m so glad that Runchana decided to start her own business, she is definitely doing lots of things correctly and I’m rooting for her to even more success.

LOVE Runchana! She does a Kobidi anti-​aging facial that lifts and plumps your skin. I left with perfect skin and duck lips! My thin little lips looked like I have injections– this was all done with a face massage. The best face massage I’ve ever had. I have tmj and my jaw felt so much better after this facial. The products she used– Cinq Mondes are all natural and so nice. They feel so good and have beautiful delicate scents. Very affordable too

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience here with Runchana. Had a facial, and I felt like I left with a much cleaner face. We all know how disgusting NYC can be, and getting facials every couple of months is crucial when living here.
Runchana listened to what I had to say, shows great professionalism, and the place itself is really quaint and calm.

From my very first meeting, I have been impressed with Runchana’s professionalism and drive. I have been getting endermologie treatments and they WORK. Runchana cleverly caters treatments to each client and is also constantly updating herself and her knowledge, she attends seminars and courses and her machines are the latest models. Her place is both pretty and airy, and spotless. Her rates are below market, frankly, and the location is very convenient.

I just had my first visit, and I’ll update this review as time passes and can see the results. But I can certainly say now that Runchana is just lovely and professional. She takes her time to get to know you and your goals. She’s very easy to work with and responsive. The space is open, airy, quiet and calming. It’s also beautiful and clean! Luckily, it’s not too far from me, but it’s also very close to the 6 and R/​N. If you are considering going, I think it’s definitely worth trying out! I also think her prices are very fair. There are cheaper places, but you will learn that you get what you pay for in this area!
