The staff, Alayne Faraone and Matthew Floyd Miller, take turns instructing classes in a non-pretentious, down-to-earth setting(The WaHi Cutural Art Center in Washington Heights). I don’t know much about yoga, and they do a wonderful job of helping me understand through demonstrations and explanation. It’s definitely something I look forward to every week. Classes are $ 15 for drop-ins. You can also get a «class card» that you can pre-pay for to give you a discount on multiple classes. Monday and Wednesday classes are taught in the Castle Village Co-Op Community Room at 110 Cabrini Blvd.
