(Elizabeth on Mike’s Account) — Caitlin planned our June 13^th wedding and everything was perfect, thanks 100% to her organization, attention-​to-​detail, and impeccable taste! We were put in touch with Caitlin through a mutual friend, but we instantly felt like we’d known her forever — she is so warm and easy-​going. Most importantly to us, she never tried to talk us into something we weren’t interested in doing. She took our vision and executed it perfectly, while providing helpful suggestions — each and every one of which we asked her to implement because everything she suggested was spot-​on. Caitlin did the day-​of coordinating for the rehearsal drinks the night before our wedding, as well as our wedding. This included overseeing the set-​up by vendors and rolling up her sleeves and tackling the decorating herself to make sure it looked exactly as we had planned. She met us at the venue in the weeks before our wedding to get a sense of the space and even attended my final florist appointment with me! When I showed up at 3:00 PM for pictures on our wedding day, the entire venue was completely ready to go for our 5:30 PM wedding. We recommend Caitlin’s services to anyone planning a wedding (or any party of any size for that matter!). You will not find a more kind, communicative, and effective planner!

Caitlin is THE BEST. She planned and designed my baby shower. It was amazing! Everyone was highly impressed from the décor to the food/​drinks to the fun games! Yes, she even came up with a great and different game for a baby shower (usually they’re all the same :))
She is incredibly passionate about what she does and does not stop until it’s PERFECT. I’m somewhat of a perfectionist too so I loved that about her. She’s also so much fun to work with ! Parties can be very stressful but not when you hire someone like Caitlin. Highly recommend her.

Caitlin has incredible organization and an eye for every little detail. And not only was she so helpful in bringing my ideas together in a cohesive theme that completely represents us, but she is also a lot of fun to work with which made the process feel so easy. Between her creativity and organization, I could not imagine anyone better!

I have worked with Caitlin both personally and professionally, and am hard pressed to find an Event Coordinator who comes close! Caitlin is so creative and fun to work with, but most importantly meticulous. Her attention to detail is unmatched — every event she plans is flawless!
