My roommates and I had a seamless and stress-​free experience working with Evan. We were looking at other apartments and not loving them, but Evan worked with our needs/​budget and took us to see a different space in the same night that we ended up signing the lease for. Throughout the whole process, he was very helpful and CLEAR in what was required to apply and eventually sign the lease (which is impressive compared to my past experiences with others.). I highly recommend working with Evan to find your apartment!

Evan is a colleague of mine. We have worked together on several projects. He is great to partner with. He has a deep knowledge of the downtown market and is very adept at getting the best value for clients. He has relationships with many landlords! It is a pleasure to work with him. Not only did he maintain the utmost professionalism throughout the entire process, his calm and genuine attitude was a breath of fresh air for first time renters. Between organizing countless viewings, coordinating guarantors, and negotiating like an absolute champ, Evan is simply one of the best.

Evan was extremely helpful and catered to our specific requirements, which were particular but defined. He showed us several great apartments — the only reason we did not choose one of his repertoire was because a personal friend helped us secure a great deal in a privately managed building.
Evan is also a really nice guy.
I would recommend Evan to any expatriates arriving in New York, as it is a complex rental market for non-​citizens.
