My fiancé and I came here to pick up our wedding bands. We are so happy we did! Benny was so nice and professional. He showed us very different styles and prices. One thing I liked about him was that he wasn’t pushy like most of the stores we had checked out before. He made us feel comfortable with our decision.
If you are looking for a great place for jewelry try him out. You won’t be disappointed.

Got two watches engraved and personalized. Was cheaper than the other quotes we got by approximately half. Very satisfied.

Just went in to see benny with my fiancée to buy the hardware. He was very patient and knowledgeable, gave us very fair prices and accommodated for my budget and my fiancées taste. We shopped around after seeing benny but could not get the same value elsewhere. Also being open on a Saturday is a huge plus.
We also bought our wedding bands from there to boot at excellent prices. Will not hesitate to recommend. (FYI I hate shopping and have never written a Unilocal review before but was compelled to do so)

Amazing customer service. I needed a small ball removed from the inside of my ring and he did it on the spot including a cleaning! He was honest and efficient with his feedback for my ring. Would go here again for sure.

I found Benny on Unilocal when I needed to get my engagement band resized over a year ago. Since then I’ve gotten my antique wedding band sized and after a few weeks actually had to come back because it was too snug and Benny resized it again with no fee. Really nice guy, quick and well priced service. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Eternity Fine if you are in the market for custom jewelry and have an idea of what you want. I visited six other jewelers throughout Manhattan and almost gave up on my dream of a custom antique-​inspired engagement band.
My fiancé and I brought pictures of the band I wanted to Benny and emailed him the specifications, and he quoted us an extremely reasonable, all inclusive price for our ring (we didn’t even have to haggle). He didn’t charge us significantly more for extra details on the ring (2 tiny baguettes, a few accent diamonds, initial engravings etc…), which most other places really overpriced in their quotes, and he was very up front with the feasibility of some of the specifications I wanted. The end product was a beautiful near-​replica of a very intricate engagement band that I found on the Erstwhile website (very well curated if you like antiques!).
The only downside to this place is their limited hours, which can make it difficult for you to come see your ring in person if you work a lot, but Benny is willing to email pictures throughout the process if that works for you. He is very responsive to emails, but he is not always at the counter, so just make sure you call before you come to confirm Benny is around.
The process is straightforward: you bring in or email pictures or specifications of what you want, put down a deposit, Benny has a model made (1 – 2 weeks), you review the model and approve it, Benny has the actual ring cast (1 – 2 weeks), you come in and take it home.

We got a custom wedding bands from Benny. The price was reasonable and we got the beautiful design that we wanted.

Visited Eternity Fine Jewelry when a friend recommended the shop. The «store,» is actually a counter within a store front on Bowery. There are a number of vendors at 84 Bowery. Eternity Fine Jewelry is located at the front of the store, on the right side. There aren’t too many style and selections but they do customizations which is pretty reasonable. More intricate designs are outsourced to Hong Kong and will take a month. Simpler designs have a turnover of 1– 2 weeks.

Terrific, terrific experience. So much better than the overhyped «white people prices» jewelers in town. Ben definitely knows what would fit the bill for you — size, type, price. And they do not nickel and dime you like most other places.

My fiancée and I stopped at Eternity last December to purchase her engagement ring. We were from the West Coast, so you can imagine that there was some apprehension in buying something in NYC and then going back home.
However, we knew that we could get a better deal buying the ring in NYC than in San Diego. The trick was to find someone reputable and trust-​worthy. We were very fortunate to get hooked up with Ben at Eternity. Ben was recommended by a mutual friend.
During our experience with Ben, he was extremely helpful in proposing different ideas and showed a lot of patience. He answered all of our questions and showed us numerous designs. He has a large selection of engagement rings, so that was helpful in helping us customize the ring we wanted. In the end, we agreed on the style and the size of the stones we wanted and left the store.
We came back a few days later to try out the ring. It was perfect! My fiancée was completely enamored with the way it turned out. It was better than anything we could have gotten in San Diego, particularly for the price we paid.
Another bit of positive feedback for Eternity: After we came back from NY, we started to look at wedding bands but could not find anything we liked. We knew what we wanted so we emailed Ben and asked for his help. We emailed back and forth several times to make sure he understood what we wanted. He then had the wedding band made (in a short 5 days) and mailed it to us. Once again, my fiancée was thrilled with the result! The wedding band was exactly what we were looking for and once again, there is no way that we could have gotten the same ring here for the price we paid.
In summary, Ben made both our ring-​shopping experiences stress and worry free. He impressed us greatly with his customer-​oriented attitude. I highly recommend Ben for his expertise and integrity.
