Long wait time despite having an «appointment «and maybe it’s a language barrier or just the barrage of patients he sees, but by far the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. I had a very painful elbow injury and he was just manhandling it and not telling me what he was doing. And then the staff kept calling me back for weeks saying my urine sample was in when I never even gave urine.
I would just book an appointment with a regular doctor if you can wait a day or two.

Do not be fooled. This is not one of those new urgent care places that have been popping up that have convenient service and quick attention. I walked in here shortly after they opened feeling like poo and found then placed packed wall to wall with sick people. When a receptionist finally turned her attention to me I asked about seeing a doctor. «The doctor isn’t here. He had a court hearing». Just one doctor. And he isn’t even in. Not convenient, not helpful, not urgent care. Go somewhere else!
