so i did go back to have them redo the lining, they agreed to do it which i thought was a redeeming factor. little did i know. when i got the jacket back after them working on it again, it was better but still far from a good job. it really made me think that i was dumb for giving a small business like this a chance at what appears to be a job beyong their capabilities.
4÷21÷13 update:
i wore the jacket only about 3 times this winter, i love it and sometimes it looks very business like which with my current job, sometimes i prefer a more casual look. well long story short, the job turned out to be worse than i thought. the stitching ripped apart after only 3 uses and now the jacket is useless again and i have to go pay someone again to redo it. this time i am going downtown!

I needed my button clasp reattached to my jeans so that I could wear them. I stopped by this place and spoke to the front desk man who surprisingly spoke great english. He showed me the different options of buttons I could have reattached for $ 3 each. I choose the one that would fit the rest of the buttons most and then prepaid for the service. The jeans would be ready in 2 days so I returned and picked them up. As I had requested they sewed on a piece of denim behind the button to reinforce it so it would not come out again. Overall, it was a simple job that they did and it was cheap. What more can I say. They do however staple the tag onto your clothes.
