Elliott Ostro, DMD

Dr. Ostro was wonderful! I was very nervous about my procedure and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He personally called me a few days post surgery to see how I was feeling which I really appreciated. I saw him two additional times, one to remove my stitches and the other for a brief follow up to make sure everything looked good. He did not rush through my questions and concerns and recognized me when I walked into the office. If I ever require oral surgery going forward, I will definitely go back to Dr. Ostro.

Dr. Eliot Ostro saved me!!! I went through absolute hell before I met him (referred to him by a good friend). It all started after I had a root canal done but still felt pain in that tooth. The Dentist I was seeing at the time (DR. Goddar at E57st in Manhattan), couldn’t see anything through exrays. After working on a crown, and eventually finishing off the job even though I was in pain, and paying a small fortune, then I developed an infection, was referred to a surgeon, had bad surgery done… All by very expensive Manhattan top Dentists. By the time I got to Dr. Ostro I was traumatized and in debt!
He takes his time and his number 1 priority is YOUR WELL-​BEING. He doesn’t push you, or rush you, he really cares, he loves what he does and he loves people. He’s warm and personable and very professional and of course very gentle as he works. I’ve been going to him for about 3 years now and highly recommend him.

Amazing, educated, comforting, caring oral surgeon! Go see him! I went to him for a second opinion on my wisdom tooth and he put me at such an ease. Something very warming about him. He cared so much and knew I wanted to get this surgery done asap, so he was able to fit me in and perform the extraction of my tooth right then and there.
He let me take the time to figure out my decision and figure out someone to pick me up. He also let me rest and recover until they got there. There was no rush at all. Great doctor overall! Nice, clean office with a friendly office manager. Seems like they are an office family there!
My mom who lives in another state even called the office to speak to him to make sure everything went okay — he was so professional and nice and explained everything to her.
