These guys are the best. The staff is very friendly and my laundry always comes out perfect. The prices are very reasonable.

I dropped off a coat to be cleaned, and was told I would get a call when it was ready… never got a call, so I went in to pick it up. It was cleaner, but not as clean as things normally are after dry cleaning. Next, I dropped off a coat to have the sleeves taken up. I was told it would take 1 week. I came 2 weeks later, it had not been done yet. The next week, it was done. And was not done in a way to preserve the original style of the sleeve (he just did a straight stitch when before there were no stitches visible). No discount or anything for taking 3 weeks to do a job that was supposed to take 1 week. Will not go here again.

Elite has done excellent same day, rush jobs for me. That’s rare for most Twin cities dry cleaners. The only issue is that shirts have to be a minimum size for shirt laundry. Mine had to be hand washed, but that’s fine with me.

I live on the block and I’ve been using Elite for several years. I’ve always received great service and my cleaning comes back very nicely. I also use them for wash and fold laundry service and that has been great as well. The prices are similar to other’s in the area.

Lingering odor? We dry cleaned a vintage Dior suit here and when it came back and we weren’t even sure they had cleaned it. Their prices were comparable to the others on the block at $ 12 for a men’s suit, but we found a place we like better run by a nice Chinese lady on the SE corner of 82nd and 2nd. She even gave us a discount to the tune of $ 10.50 for cleaning a men’s suit because it was raining the day we picked it up.
So we haven’t been back to Elite based on our one not so positive experience there.
