I ordered some fried pork chops and rice for lunch. The chops were falling off the bone, the meat was tender, and the rice was perfect. My mouth is drooling just thinking of it. My friend had the chicken, which looked delicious as well. It was well worth the $ 8 we paid. Highly recommended if you’re in Washington Heights!

A cozy Dominican restaurant in the Fort George neighborhood. No menu. What is offered is visible behind the counter, all of it is good, but they’re often out of their best offerings. I had beef stew with yellow rice, also ordered was chicken with white rice and pepper steak with yellow rice. All came with beans. Drinks were water, un refresco naranja, and a papaya smoothie. Bill was $ 26 for hearty servings of all-​around delicious food.
I would recommend this restaurant to friends. Delicious food, friendly service, and low prices.
