I’ve ordered from them maybe about 5 times. Every time, they call me to tell me they don’t have what I ordered in stock. If that is the case, then why is it on the site? I’m convinced it’s a bait and switch tactic, which is illegal. Also, their site has all sorts of broken functionality, making it a pain to use. Blegh, you’ve been blacklisted, Drizly.

Awful. Do not use– I ordered from the service at 8:40 and did not hear a thing until I received a notification at 10:54 saying my order was on its way. Well it is now 12:05 and I have heard and received nothing. When trying to contact the company their email based system is not working. This service is the worst, I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Awesome service! Got booze delivered in about 40 minutes, with free delivery in NYC! Bonus — cute driver who paid me a nice compliment — wish I could have gotten in touch with him post-​shift. Yay Drizly!

Used Drizly to send a bottle of whiskey to a hotel room for my fiancé’s bachelor party in Dallas. Delivery was quick and easy, website /​app very easy to navigate, tracking options were thorough.
My one quibble would be that I was able to purchase the bottle, but the liquor store on the ground in Dallas didn’t actually carry it in that size (they said that the size is only available wholesale, which would lead me to believe that you can’t buy that size from any liquor store as an average consumer?). I saw several people online have complaints about similar issues. The store resolved the issue efficiently, calling me right away to ask what size I wanted instead, but the delivery did get delayed a bit — only a problem because fiancé and friends were heading out to dinner shortly. So, the app is good, but the final execution probably really depends on the local store.
