First time patient a few weeks ago and was very impressed! Dr. Young was very good at explaining the results of my eye exam. He was also very easy to talk to. His staff were friendly as well!

I have been a patient for fours years. Overall the office is very disorganized. When I asked to have something sent to me it never arrived. I had to call ten times. The last issue was the worst. I called for an appointment; no one answers the phone. I left a message but then when I returned the call again they do not answer the phone. When I finally was able to get someone to pick up the phone, I received a lecture; Then I had to call back; No one answered the phone. I left a message; Finally I had to walk over to the office so I could get my chart; The doctor was not concerned when I told him what happened. Avoid this office.

I would give ten stars, but alas! not offered as a Unilocal option. Went there yesterday as a new patient. Had to wait awhile — which I hate; but when I was called, it was as if no other patients existed. Dr. Young is patient, thorough, smart as a whip, and very cool. Example: I had trouble(of the 20 minute variety) putting in contact lenses there. Not only did entire staff encourage and reassure me(and not say anything about needing the room); but when the Doc finally had to put them in for me(which I did not make easy because I hate people touching my eyes) he was totally cool, like, no big deal, this happens all the time. Great staff — I can’t remember all the names, but Jamie and Jasmine are both excellent and professional. Good eye care is important, and I’ve found my gem!!!
