Stay away.
1. The receptionist can barely communicate in english and you can barely understand what she is saying.
2. SUDDENLY after all the dentists I have seen in my life I am in need of all sorts of treatments that I have never even heard of before for some existing conditions that were always classified as «non urgent»
3. At the end of a treatment that they told me that talked with insurance and it covered it, they charged me extra! and then they also came with «oh, you need antibiotics after this treatment that insurance won’t cover, that’s 50 $ a pop». Guess what, I didnt take any of their antibiotics and all is just well.
4. Their receptionist calls out of the blue and says «I have an opening now, want to come?» — what the hell is that?
Any how, I feel like I was ripped off.
By the way, after visiting 4 times, I still haven’t met the dentist!

Firstly, the hygienist and endodontist here are great! I had a problem with both dentists, Dr. Tetelman and the female dentist. The female dentist was so careless and rushed through my appointment. She also kept speaking in Russian and laughing while I was in the chair. I thought that was very unprofessional. Dr. Tetelman proceeded to remove a temporary filling in order to take an impression for a crown that was needed on my recent root canal done. When he was done, I had a crater in the back of my mouth. A temporary crown was not put in place. I’ve worked in the dental field for years and know that should have been done. The edges were so sharp that I kept cutting the side of my cheek, so I asked Dr. Tetelman to smooth it out before I left. He seemed annoyed and just sanded it down without retracting my tongue and shredded the entire side of my tongue. I was in so much pain and discomfort. Then I was asked what kind of crown I would like. I told them I would call in my decision since I had to pay extra for one of them. I get a call a week later from Mindy saying my crown was in. I never called in my decision. They put in my insurance claim to get the check for this crown I didn’t even ask for. I called the insurance company and they got so angry with Dr. Tetelman’s practice for doing that. They got paid for a crown that wasn’t even placed in my mouth. They had to send the check back and I have never gone back. I will never go back there again. It’s a shame because the hygienist is great.

Lena D. Is the best hygienist I have ever encountered. Cleaning visits used to be a horrible experience for me for the past 20+ years. Lena is the first hygienist that made me feel like she really cares about my teeth. She absolutely transformed my perception about teeth caring. Today I am finally educated about teeth hygiene and feel confident taking care of my own!

I have been going to Dr. Tetelman for about 7 years. I have terrible teeth. He has done an outstanding job taking care, and saving them whenever possible. He’s an excellent, Honest, Dentist who really cares about his patients. I have recommended him to at least 6 others. Everyone loves Dr. Tetelman. They in turn have recommended him to others as well. His staff is friendly and professional. One more thing… he’s very reasonable for the excellent dental work he provides. I highly recommend him.
