Domino Window Cleaning

I must write this review because enough is enough. I don’t usually take time out of my day for things like this, but every now and then, I am compelled to give my professional opinion. We use Domino Window cleaning services at my job. My boss first warned me about how rude and brash the owner is (whoever answers the phones). The first time I called, he was astoundingly brash for no reason, and every time, thereafter. This is the big apple, concrete jungle, however, these days businesses rely on reviews from the general public. The people deserve honesty, and personal feelings aside, this mans attitude is not worth the service at all. We are a melting pot, people from all walks of life, but there is a general tone one should have when conducting business. If you are providing a service for fee, then it should be done with common courtesy at the very least. Why should anyone dish out hard earned money to a company with this type of off-​putting attitudes. I can recommend so many other companies with decent rates, and better attitudes. I’m trying to convince my boss to drop these guys, and go with someone else, and I hope anyone reading this does the same!!!

Hello Everyone,
I called Domino to get a quote to clean my window… he told be $ 85​.so i said, ok. he asked me if that was it? i said yes, and that i was getting prices… he then told me that if i called back it would be $ 95…ummm ok… he hung up! So it took me a few minutes because i was baffled. I thought it was a joke, but then again. who hangs up on a customer. right… So i call back, and tell him that that it was not right, and i will give him a review about his behavior!
Now its a few minutes later, and i get a call from (Domino Window Company).asking me if i found someone? so i say, no. I’m still looking. he then starts telling me that he’s coming here at that i think I’m tough, and that i will see… OMG!!! How unprofessional can one be?!
Now I’m waiting?!, and i called my husband. This is not the way to do business!

we need our office windows clean, michael gave us a very reasonable estimate and did a great job on cleaning our windows and fixing our screens.
