I don’t even want to rate this place at this point. I don’t even know why appointments are given since you always wait over 2 hrs to see a doctor. The staff is very unprofessional and after waiting for almost 3 hrs the doctor only sees you for like 2 mins. The doctors who work here are also rude. This is not a patient centered clinic and the lack of empathy towards patients is appauling. I had make calls myself to get results faxed over to this office b/​c apparently no one here knows how to do their job. I am very dissapointed in the service here and even if its under new management I have not seen any improvement, as a matter of fact it has only gotten worse!!!

Started with a new insurance company so I was looking for a new primary care doctor. This place was near my house so I thought I would give them a try. NOT!!! I waited for 2 hours without seeing 1person!!! They did not even take my vitals. When I asked when I would be able to see someone, or get an estimation of when I would be seen– I was treated rudely and unprofessionally. The medical assistant or whoever she was the most unprofessional person ever! She had the loudest mouth that you could hear all the way to the waiting room and what she said was just RUDE. I couldnt bear the ridiculous wait or the unprofessional staff so I decided to leave before even meeting the doctor. Im sorry doctors– your staff reflects you!
