Just found an amazing apartment in our ideal location and price with Joshua! My roommate and I were having a lot of trouble finding a new place before working with Joshua it was a nightmare. Then a friend recommended Joshua to us saying he would be able to find us EXACTLY what we wanted. So we gave him a call. We went through our search criteria with him before seeing any apartments. Then the very next morning he sent me and my roommate a detailed listing of apartments that fit our criteria and let us decide which ones we wanted to see. Hence not wasting anytime showing us any apartments that would not work for us. My roommate and I had a tight budget and were set on things our apartment must have, which we knew would be challenging to find in NYC. Joshua was very patient with us and found us the perfect place that fit our budget and met ALL our requirements. I can not say enough to express how great it was to work with Joshua. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and co workers looking to to move.
