Ive been looking for a 8 bottom solid 10kt gold grill for a while after looking at a few places i decided to ask the above jewelry store if they can accommodate my request via Unilocal message before they opened in the morning, the afternoon came and went no response, so i called in and asked a gentleman how much would it cost for a 8bottom grill and he answered me with $ 200-​$ 400 depending on design and stuff like that so i asked him what if it was plain simple mirror high polish he said $ 200.00 i agreed to come in and start my process for the mold. I get a message the next day from someone else who was working at the above mentioned business in regards to the 8 bottom gold grill and to make a long story short the crook on the other side of the computer told me that the information i had was incorrect and that i should «do my research before contacting them» but i did i spoke to his co worker? Makes no sense and was a rude response. Then he wanted me to pay straight $ 400 for a 8 bottom grill that only probably weighs 6 grams or even less of 10kt gold that is priced at $ 15-​$ 16 per gram my grill would only be worth $ 100 or at most $ 110 i did understand that labor cost work but no $ 300 worth of work and over paying for an item is way too much, so i basically took all these rude messages as a sign to not even step foot in that store because i would be ripped off. And for the record i even went to a jewelry store in Jamaica ave 89 – 02 165^st and got my 8 bottom 10kt SOLID GOLD grill for $ 200 thats customer service a place that will do the best they can to accommodate a customer and earn there business if u go to the ave ask for NICK hell hook u up

Came here to get 2 gold caps for my teeth and a gold bar for the space between my front teeth. My boyfriend got an 8-​tooth silver bottom grill. We chose DK because it had great prices and we also really liked the guy who runs the shop. While taking our molds we chatted and he was super friendly — which makes the fact that you have a tray of plaster between your teeth feel way less awkward, haha…
He ended up taking my boyfriend’s teeth impression twice because there was an imperfection in the first one and he wanted to make sure he got it right. From the results of both of our pieces, it’s clear that he puts a lot of care into his work.
We both love our grillz. Looking forward to showing mine off.

I have been to this location twice to fix a piece of jewelry. My name plate chain had popped again and the name plate itself had faded to a dull silver after being worn for over 10 years. I was able to get the chain fixed and my name plate polished. It looks BRAND NEW! The service cost $ 40. At first I thought that was pretty expensive, but considering how much it would have cost to buy a new chain, I saved a grip. I have experienced great customer service each visit and I am always happy with the end result. Prices are moderate. They also sell shoes and other items at this establishment.
