Diamond Source

My husband bought me a beautiful diamond ring in a halo setting and earrings for my 40^th birthday. It was a surprise gift. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the setting that he chose so we went back to Diamond Source and they were able to exchange it for a setting that I really loved. They were also able to exchange the earring posts as well because I was having a reaction to the metal. What impressed me the most about them is their customer service. They were so accommodating and helpful. They really want you to be happy with your purchase. My husband is not the easiest person to deal with but he was very satisfied with his experience with Diamond Source. The jewelry that I received is gorgeous! You will be happy that you worked with them. We will go back again soon to get a matching wedding band for the ring. My husband shopped around DC and NYC and could find a better diamond for the price. Thanks Vlad and Igor!

On a recent trip to NYC, I decided to have my diamond ring reset. After finding and purchasing the perfect setting, Igor had my ring reset and sized perfectly within one hour. He also prepared the setting appraisal. I would definitely purchase from Diamond Source again in the future.

It took me awhile to write this review but I have not forgotten about them!
While shopping for my engagement ring I went to the district on a Sunday being that it was my first time in the district I did not know 80% of the Jewelry stores were closed. So my fiancé and I decided to ck out the stores that were open in hunt for my ring! We went into about 6 stores before running into this one. When we walked in they greeted us warmly and were the ONLY and yes the ONLY ones to Congratulate us on our engagement. I felt good after that, They were extremely helpful to us and not pushy at all! It was a very relaxed experience especially when this is a big purchase. They showed me different diamonds that I asked to see and once I picked the diamond they made it their business to keep me happy with the perfect band that I wanted to match. I learned a lot about diamonds and the quality that day.
They were also VERY HONEST with us with the type of ring I choose.
I even hit them with the «I dont want no foggy diamonds» they laughed and made me comfortable to know that my diamonds will never get foggy, its been about 6 months and my diamonds are still very much clear and FRESH! I get compliments all the time from other woman.
We are going back this month to get our bands from them and I cant wait!

Buying an engagement ring is a big decision so when I finally made the call to take the plunge I tried to find something that was in my budget and something the girlfriend liked. My first attempt-​one made online was terribly inadequate, so much so that she accompanied me to some physical locations to make sure she knew what suited her tastes.
Diamond Source was one of the first places I went to and honestly, I should have stopped there. Carlos, was laid back, informative and even took me outside to see how a stone looked in a particular setting!
So, that should be surprising for a couple reasons.
1) They have stones on hand.
I didn’t think that wouldn’t be the norm but a lot of other places just have a sheet of paper that says it’s a diamond.
2) He walked outside with a stranger just to see how it would look in real conditions.
For that was mind boggling-​and I have to admit, a certain part of me wanted to snatch the whole thing from his hand and run away while laughing maniacally.
Fortunately, I didn’t, but after having visited some other shops all over I came back. The atmosphere at some of the other places were so high pressure I was pretty certain that they made their own diamonds by laying out a piece of coal and just letting nature do its course.
Carlos, on the other hand was really patient, showing us stone after stone and answering all of my questions in a straight forward manner and felt he wanted to educate not just make a sale. He basically made everything easy to deal with, not just finding things in my budget but giving me as much of a deal as possible.
Seriously, at least worth a stop-​especially if you know next to nothing about rings and want to learn.

I’ve worked with a lot of jewelers before in my time, but this jeweler (Vlad) stands out from the rest!
Excellent customer service, by far the BEST PRICE I’ve received on my watch, lightning quick delivery. Believe me, I am going to save you a lot of time shopping around. Stick with these guys and save yourselves a headache and money. My only regret… Is that I wish I could’ve found them sooner!

I’m really shocked by the negative reviews. I bought a Rolex from Diamond source and got a really great deal. They were extremely helpful and their service was quick! They sent out my watch the following day! I also asked about diamond stud earrings and they were very honest about the quality and price.

Jewelery buying could be a scary endeavor for the generation of men that only know sports and video games. They need a place to go where a «guy’s guys» could give the straightforward approach to selling some jewelery. No fluff and good stones. They even have a flat screen with sports on.
